The Dock attraction

In 1974, the Sierra Menera Mining Company designed the jetty for unloading iron ore from the Ojos Negros mine in Teruel onto ships, and in mid-1975, CYT began construction of the jetty. They start with the land part and once it is finished, they continue installing the piles on the seabed. These measure 34 to 36 meters and, on them, would rest the pile caps that will support the concrete beams. 💡Curiosities The construction of the marine section enters just over a kilometer into the sea and was completed in mid-1976. 🗺 How to get there? From the town hall you can reach the Pantalán del Puerto de Sagunto in 13 minutes by car. 📍Surroundings It is located in the port of Sagunto and only 3 minutes by car from the General Workshops Warehouse - La Nau.
